In order to participate under the Retiree provision of this plan you must meet the following requirements:
Your Local Union and former Employer must be participating in the IHF; and
You must have experienced Active Eligibility prior to retirement; and
You must be retired, eligible for or receiving a pension benefit from the Bricklayers and Trowel Trades International Pension Fund, or a pension fund maintained by the International Union or one of its local unions; and
You must be at least age 55 or eligible for a Disability Pension; and
Pay the required monthly premium set forth by the Fund office
